Sleep Among Teens with and without an Autistic Sibling

Our M.A. student, Jacob Maga, will be examining how sleep affects teens who have an autistic or non-autistic brother or sister.
​
We are seeking:
-
Parent-adolescent pairs who live with a child with or without Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
Must live within a 30-mile radius of CSU San Marcos
-
Adolescents must be between 10 and 19 years old
​
Participation includes $60 gift card incentive for:
-
Two brief meetings at your home
-
Adolescent wears a sleep watch for 7 days and night

Online questionnaire for the adolescent and parent

Interactions Between Mothers and Young Children With or At-risk for Autism
​
Our M.A. student, Sarah Guadarrama, will be examining play interactions between mothers and their young children with or at-risk for autism, to better learn about how to inform future interventions.
​
We are seeking:
-
Mothers of a child with or at-risk of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and
-
Child must be between 2- 5 years old
​
Participation includes $50 gift card incentive for:

Filling out a survey (45-60 min)
-
Play-session with your child (30 min)

Military Spouses Raising a Child on the Autism Spectrum

We are seeking:

Military-connected parent/caregiver with a child with ASD

Parent/caregiver must be 18 years or older
